A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking.
For outdoor rentals, the Company may cancel or reschedule due to adverse weather (e.g., rain, high winds, extreme temperatures) for safety, providing a full refund of all payments, including the $100 booking fee. The Renter may cancel or reschedule without penalty due to adverse weather, provided notice is given before Equipment delivery. Indoor home rentals are unaffected by this policy.
Our packages accommodate up to 25 participants at a time.
Setup and cleanup is around 30 minutes. We recommend — based on age — allowing for about 1 hour of play time. If you'd like to keep the party going, we can work together to customize your event.
Before your event, every participant (or their parent/guardian, if under 18) must complete the liability waiver.
