LIABILITY WAIVER

Every participant (or their parent/guardian, if under 18) must read and sign this waiver before play. Submissions are recorded automatically.

Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims & Assumption of Risk

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any Dart Dash LLC ("the Company") event, activity, or use of equipment, the participant and their parent/legal guardian (if the participant is a minor) acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk. I understand that participation in foam dart activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, eye injury, and contact with foam darts or equipment. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.
Eye Protection. I agree that eye protection provided by the Company must be worn at all times during active play.
Rules & Supervision. I agree to follow all posted and stated rules and the instructions of Company staff, and (where applicable) to supervise minor participants.
Release. I release, waive, and discharge the Company, its owners, staff, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Medical Authorization. I authorize the Company to seek emergency medical treatment if needed, and I am responsible for any related costs.
Governing Law. For events held in North Dakota, the North Dakota version of this waiver and North Dakota law apply.
